Date: Friday 15 November 2002

J.R.D. Smith Joint Liquidator

The purpose of this invitation to claim was to inform potential creditors that they should submit any outstanding claims against RT Group Plc to the Joint Liquidators by the deadline given in the notice. It also warned creditors that if they failed to submit a claim in time the Joint Liquidators would be distributing the funds to the shareholders and could ignore any late claim. To the extent that any creditor believes they still have a valid outstanding claim against RT Group Plc, they should submit their claim to the Joint Liquidators without delay. Please write to N. J. Dargan, PO Box 810, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London EC4A 3TR.
